Sheryl is immersed in the realm of sexual assault on college campuses, dating violence, and domestic violence issues. She is a Certified Domestic Violence Advocate with the Florida Coalition Against Domestic Violence and a graduate of the Community Law Enforcement Academy (Seminole County, FL). Her programs for college students include "Be Your Own Superhero: Tackling Sexual Assault" and she created "Find Your Fabulosity," an on-going program she leads for residents of Safehouse, the domestic violence shelter in her county.

Sheryl founded her first company at the age of 12, a neighborhood day camp! Professionally, she worked in multiple managerial capacities for several major corporations and founded her own highly successful marketing and public relations firm. Clients from major corporations to small businesses as well as celebrities engaged her services. An award-winning writer, Sheryl's bylined and ghostwritten articles for other professionals have been published in many well-known publications.
Sheryl has been featured on ABC World News Tonight, The Daily Buzz, Fox-TV, "Smart Woman" Ivanhoe Broadcast News (twice), and interviewed by The Wall Street Journal, New York Times, MSNMoney.com, and over 100 TV and radio stations, magazines, newspapers, and online blogs and publications.
While many who speak on relationships have yet to master their own, Sheryl has been married to her one and only husband for 26 years. Their daughter Shelby attends Pace University; Sheryl serves on Pace University's Parents Council. And, Sheryl owns a lovable mutt rescue dog, Bongo.
