Sheryl is masterful at connecting with college students on all things related to "relationships." Her presentations target a spectrum of hot topics, ranging from surviving in the hook-up culture to developing relationships for personal and professional success to leadership expertise. With her unique blend of humor, audience involvement, and unique props to imprint key messages, amidst the fun, students hardly realize they're learning! Thousands of collegians from Rutgers University, Indiana University, University of Georgia, University of Central Florida, St. Joseph's University, Furman University, Franklin and Marshall, University of Memphis, and more have gained life skills for today and beyond.

Sheryl interviewed 75 couples (husbands and wives separately) happily married over a half century to write "Everlasting Matrimony: Pearls Of Wisdom From Couples Married 50 Years Or More." Collectively, the book documents over 4,000 years of "real-life" secrets to not only relationship success but success in all aspects of life. The windfall of wisdom Sheryl gained writing the book is at the heart of every aspect of her professional endeavors today.


Sheryl is a graduate of the University of Georgia, and holds a bachelor of arts in Communications. She is a graduate of the Community Law Enforcement Academy, Seminole County, FL, and a Certified Domestic Violence Advocate with the Florida Coalition Against Domestic Violence.

Sheryl is immersed in the realm of sexual assault on college campuses, dating violence, and domestic violence issues. She is a Certified Domestic Violence Advocate with the Florida Coalition Against Domestic Violence and a graduate of the Community Law Enforcement Academy (Seminole County, FL). Her programs for college students include "Be Your Own Superhero: Tackling Sexual Assault" and she created "Find Your Fabulosity," an on-going program she leads for residents of Safehouse, the domestic violence shelter in her county.

Business & Leadership

Sheryl founded her first company at the age of 12, a neighborhood day camp! Professionally, she worked in multiple managerial capacities for several major corporations and founded her own highly successful marketing and public relations firm. Clients from major corporations to small businesses as well as celebrities engaged her services. An award-winning writer, Sheryl's bylined and ghostwritten articles for other professionals have been published in many well-known publications.

While many who speak on relationships have yet to master their own, Sheryl has been married to her one and only husband for 26 years. Their daughter Shelby attends Pace University; Sheryl serves on Pace University's Parents Council. And, Sheryl owns a lovable mutt rescue dog, Bongo.
